Pelvic Stabilization

Pelvic Stabilization focuses on balancing the structures which affect the pelvis.

By taking you through a series of assessments to determine the tissues which are causing restrictions, and then by treating the restrictions, the pelvic structures can move naturally into better alignment.

This can help alleviate pain and postural issues, and bring your body closer to balance quickly.

Postural Alignment

The ultimate goal of Myofascial Release. This therapy seeks to align and balance the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia, identifying and releasing postural mis-alignments, and bringing the body into cooperation with gravity.

You don't need to have been in an accident to benefit from postural alignment, although we will certainly be incorporating it into your treatment if you have.

The body becomes more flexible, more coordinated, and athletic performance is improved.
